From October 2020 a VTSO Course (Vessel Traffic Services Operator) is taking place in the Authority, for the purpose of providing vessel traffic management services in accordance with international standards.
The course is designated for active Vessel Traffic Services Operators, in order to qualify them at the required international level in accordance with Vessel Traffic Management Regulations (2017).
The duration of the course is 20 weekly sessions. The students are Vessel Traffic Services Operators at Israeli ports.
